Ingredients:
- 300 g of wheat flour type 750
- 100 g of whole wheat flour type 1850
- 300 g of rye sourdough
- 300 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour, mix, pour hot water over, cover and leave for at least 15 minutes;
2. Add the sourdough, salt and olive oil, mix;
3. Remove to the counter, knead;
4. Form a ball, place in a bowl, cover and leave to rise for 2 hours;
5. Degas, fold several times, form a ball, place in a basket, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour;
6. Remove to a baking tray, make cuts and place in a preheated oven;
8. Bake for 45 minutes at 220°C
