The biggest problem with Indian students is that they do not know what they want to become until they reach 22 years old. Their choice and course decisions are influenced by market trends and demand not by their passion and interest. What can you expect from students who spend maximum time on Politics, Movies, Cricket, Music, idle talk and Entertainment? Garbage In - Garbage Out. Solution - You need to be very disciplined, righteous, and Pious to become successful in your Life. You should have a Purpose, Vision and Goal in your life. You should stay focused on your field and create the ecosystem which can help you to become successful your in life.

No government genuinely thinks about the state of education and employment in the country. Sometimes they go and open new colleges just for show. The whole country has become a circus.

The podcast is essentially a nice one and highly relevant too, in an era where the present day government is advertising Vishvaguru on one side and all our higher education institutions are crippled with the lack of quality faculties, teaching and R&D labs, and messed up curriculum!😐.... But somehow the podcast is critically deficient in analysis especially wrt. the NEP2020 and beyond scenario 🙏

Whereas there are Developed countries are having 323 doctors per lakh of their citizens.? We are a 4 trillion economy and small small countries numbering more than a dozen are having 4 trillion economy, Whereas, developed countries are having double digit trillion economy.

Most of the Educational podcasts and Platforms developed in India are mostly for the students of well to do families. More than 70% of students can't understant their subjects and basic concepts, they are from low income families. This is happening because founders of such platforms are not from these 70% population. So they fail to understand problem and solve it.
Some students don’t know write their full name in English 😂

I don;t agree at 12:00 For enterprenusrhip one needs to have developed skill. And I think education is not the issue. Engineer after the college will never be employable as this is such a vast field. How can a college will impart such skills. The engineering graduate should have their concept and fundamental clear and ability to lean new things quickly

Indian engineering education is shit like their leaders. An engineering graduate is not worth getting placed in India, so can he be employed in any part of the abroad country? The reason lies within the education ministry and teachers of engineering colleges. We have so much educational disparity in India, that we even discriminate against students based on the level of their universities and colleges. Western countries don't have any educational disparity like us. That's why they can produce engineers who can really solve the problems. So my conclusion is this leave India and go for abroad ,don't work for this country

Ofcourse theory padate hain books se, usi ko exam do pass ho jayo, aur practicality ka kuch pata ni, uska use ka kuch ni pata, kon physics pad ke apna daily life me use kar ra, kitne mechanical engineering khud ka bike ,car thik kar sakta hai, job se koi lena dena ni tho kyun padein, Practical bhi tho hona chaiye jo aage use me aaye, aada chizen yun hi chal rahi hai, most youth waise hi tho unemployment hai. koi bata tha ni, na government isko thik kar rahi hai, abhi dekho government job ke liye kitne candidates hai har field se aata hai, kyun.
