CGI was better then than now, back then CGI companies had more time to work on projects and had bigger budgets, now they get no respect and are expected to finish in half the time on half the budget. On this 2007 movie the CGI was done by Industrial Light & Magic, ILM is part of the George Lucas Empire and is fully unionized. Most smaller companies making movies today are not unionized, every project is as an independent contract, like the catering services, except a studio will hire an Effects Supervisor who hires dozen of different companies to work on different parts of the same movie instead of one company working on the whole movie to save payable work hours and time = money. VFX Supervisor Gary Brozenich oversaw the visual effects for Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts (2023), working with MPC VFX Supervisors Richard Little and Carlos Caballero Valdés and MPC VFX Producers Cindy Deringer and Nicholas Vodicka who supervised dozens of indie companies. CGI is the most notable victim of studios cutting budgets in favour of star contracts and media promotion, which include private jets for movie stars to travel around the talk show circuits from Good Morning America to Late Night With Stephen Colbert.

@@rhythmkhandelwal2940 Seriously are you drunk and delirious?!?! _Revenge of the Fallen_ is the worst installment in the Transformers film series, because well……the movie was just a complete mess until the film’s third act, cause literally Optimus Prime dies, Megatron wasn’t the real true leaders of the Decepticons, but the Fallen instead, Sam has these shaken seizures throughout the first act of the film, and many of the new Autobot Transformers that were introduced (except Skid and Mudflaps) such as Arcree and the female autobots were sidelined and done dirty in this film. And it’s worth mentioning that this film was largely affected by the 2007-2008 Writers Strike as the writers had to spent two weeks writing a treatment, which they handed in the night before the strike officially began in November of 2008 along with spending four months finishing the screenplay while "locked" in two hotel rooms with Michael Bay. Even Michael Bay who directed this film has admitted that the film was bad after its release and blamed the Writer’s strike. At least _Dark of the Moon_ and _Age of Extinction_ despite their problems were more enjoyable and entertaining than _Revenge of the Fallen_ and I’m sorry but the one who’s in their world that _RotF_ is "a better movie than the first Transformers" and third film is you so don’t go and justify and quote me back on why RotF was a superior and better film cause it isn’t.

Oh my god! Please inform them on what CGI is. They dont know that the effects werent done practically. They think the director made everything out of steel. Especially when they asked where they found iron that big. Please infrom them more to modern technology. CGI means Computer Generated Imagery.
