Engage in Mindful Pacing: Learn to listen to your body and engage in activities within your current limits, gradually increasing as you feel able. Preston managed to work between 40 to 60 hours a week by carefully pacing himself, a practice he credits for maintaining his health and happiness.
Find Joy in Simple Activities: Preston found joy in activities like biking, playing musical instruments, and spending time with loved ones. Rediscovering hobbies and interests that bring you happiness can significantly enhance your quality of life and aid in your recovery process.
