I'm passed the baby steps for sure, and have progressed from the store-bought meat replacements.

This was great! Super informative with compelling story telling. Definitely going to try that recipe out. I’m a chef (Culinary School graduate) but new to plant based cooking and it honestly feels like Im learning from level 101. Thank you for answering my question!

Very informative! Love the blended perspective of conventional medicine and a plant-based diet. The drawings were also a nice touch for visual learners like myself. ❤

Great video. I'm definitely in the middle. I've tried to use tofu for years but it never turns out right for me. I will try some of your suggestions.

So where would soy curls fall on your chart ? I recently discovered them, they’re so versatile, love them!

Oooh ! I'd never heard of them until now. These sound awesome. What I read says it's whole soybeans boiled and then dehydrated. Since it's minimally processed I'd put them with twmpeh(fermented soybeans) and right before tofu. I have to try them. Thanks for the tip
