I have quiet BPD and I’ve just been some of the hardest days of my life. I was already going through a deep depression with chronic suicidal ideation. Because of this and several other reasons I got extremely attached to my therapist. I started developing feelings for her and felt safe with her. She also struggled with installing boundaries, so that made it even more difficult and confusing. But it came to a point where she couldn’t handle my attachment anymore and cut off the appointments. I know she’s only human, and everyone has their limits. But it was devastating and I was in some of the most pain I ever endured. I almost killed myself. Luckily with the help of one of my best friends I pulled through. Never give up!

Sadly there‘s incompetent and harmful therapists out there and nobody‘s talking about this. This is enraging me so much. Bloodsuckers. I had some very bad experiences with psychologists and it made me bitter, sadly. Your therapist was wrong to cut you off, that is setting the patient back or retraumatizing them, but alas therapists will never admit to anything wrong and will always defend each other…sorry I‘m venting under your post but I. Am. So. Angry! Bunch of a**holes! I have not met one therapist who has integrity…they take your money, gaslight you or abandon you and you‘re left with the damage! And they wanna be a serious profession! I am so angry…argh!

Jazz is my absolute plate for being alive, ive been suffering with mental health issues since I was 3 years old. I tried taking my life once, but then I remembered Jazz, stop surviving start fighting and the quote ‘one more time’ changed my life. My life changed a lot I knew that I have a purpose on this planet, now i am spreading mental health awareness on social media platforms. I still suffer from mental health but it’s better than ever. I shared Jazz to my friend that tried taking her life at 10 yrs old and another 3 more times. She is starting to get better.

I have ADHD and feel a lot of false hope has been spread and a lot of money being made. Capitalizing on people's pain and suffering with books and hope. I'd rather keep dealing with professions who have devoted themselves to a lifetime of qualifications and work that hasn't led to fame and riches. As someone with ADHD I feel I am the target demographic and product you got rich off. Nothing the different for me but I guess I'll take those pockets full of hope. 🤷♂️
