Well done . My advice is to get 2 big dogs and if possible get some one to live in your small house on the other side, to be helping with the Gardening and also be around when you are out, or out of town. To take care of the place, because the place is not fully develop. Just to keep you in company, that will be nice. No more racism, no more suspicion when shopping. no more gun shots, no more road rage. I can go on and on. And also the Peace in Ghana, as the Second Most Peaceful in Africa, after Mauritius. CONGRATULATIONS. Now time to invite your kids and family.

Hi family! So nice to hear that Danny and Royal Kingdom came to you as the proverbial silver lining on that dark cloud of vandalism against you. It is good and pleasant when we get together and be one. I love that "The plan is to make it work." I read a story of a teacher teaching youngsters to row a kayak. He instructed them to keep focus on where you want to go. If you focus on where you don't want to end up, that's where you'll end up. I experienced it when I tried kayaking, keep your eyes trained on where you want to be. Thanks again for sharing your experience.

Yeah … there are people on the ground who may come at/for you - just like those burglars - & those who come through for you - just about anyone can be resourceful in their small or big ways. Even among those one trusts you still have to tread carefully, as some feel comfortable taking from kinfolk.

Howdy 🤠 , 👋🏼! in my voice, Texan. Just wanted to wish you both a happy one-year anniversary in Ghana 🇬🇭. Your home is exquisite and stunning. It takes me back to my time spent living in Mexico 🇲🇽 Although we too experienced water shortages, we constructed an underground water well that we would use for all our needs. I'm not sure if Ghanaians customize anything similar, but it is quite beneficial. Well, it was good to see you all. Landon, you two truly deserve it above all else. Blessings to you both; be safe, enjoy life to the fullest . I appreciate you sharing your experiences and tale.

Hello Bodleys. I came across this video and now I'm a new subscriber. I live in California and retired. Before retiring I was trying to figure out if I wanted to live in Goodyear, AZ, Forney, TX or Summerlin, NV due to having family and relatives in each city. I came across videos of African Americans moving to Johannesburg and Ghana. I love the thought of having land due to not having it in Los Angeles and not paying taxes on it. I looked at a couple of your other videos explaining the cost of building your home and one showing the inside and outside of your home getting painted. Beautiful home. My question to you is, do you live in a water logged area? And my second question is, do they allow the roads to be paved or have asphalt put on the roads? I don't like flooding.
