It worked! It’s the same feeling as a back crook. I didn’t realize that’s how I get into bat crooks. I land on that edge of my front track going parallel to stay moving forward. Wow how do they not reverse it in my mind. Thank you.

No. Bs crook is a whole different story. And bs crook is way easier than bs nosegrind. Whereas fs nosegrind is easier than fs crook 😅. Cheers

I kind of figured this one out myself one day. I was trying to get a feel for nosegrinds so I stood still and popped onto my bottom stair but locked in toe side and went straight into fs crook.

Personally Instead of doing a crooked nose grind I look at it like a nose slide with my wheel on the ledge. It helped me get the pinch so I could hold it long enough to pop out

This is the trick. I don’t have em on lock but I struggled to learn them for years. Someone told me once that it’s just a nose grind and all of a sudden they started to click.

I’m learning kickflip now. I can ollie, bs/fs pop shovit, but I can’t do any trick while moving. I can’t wait to just be able to do a couple tricks in a row while moving. This being 26 and new to skating is embarrassing lol

Exactly what I’ve learned practicing front crooks as well. I have them better than the backside ones. However, as nice as it is to understand the trick better, getting it consistent is a whole other can of worms💯 Happy to see you on the reels, Ben! ❤️
