I try to learn from my "Front 90° Semi-w Joint Isolation" video a few weeks back to emphasise my elbow for topspin shots in even deeper forehand grips. An advantage of such grips is to help you distinguish between recreational training games and competitive matches. It's easy to delude yourself to think you cared about a shot even if you didn't prepare the shot properly such that you've less self-awareness when it comes to a competitive match on what your peak performance might look like. I use my 270g racket. I bought a 268GB disk for my camera months back only that an earlier video was left blank where I'd to make this video again. Luckily my skill on the grips improved overnight by adding in the front Hawaiian grip. I'd to delete a few videos on the disk where the camera isn't as good as the disk at uploading videos on the play list.
