The moment you all were waiting for, my first trip report as a resident in Dallas, TX. I flew from Dallas-Fort Worth, TX to Phoenix, AZ on Frontier Airlines on an Airbus A321-200. Due to the 35 minute delay, my layover was cut down to 1hr 25mins in Phoenix. I had to hurry to catch the Sky Train to Terminal 4. I barely made it and only had time to grab a quick bite to eat at McDonald's before heading to the gate. I made it to Houston at 11:30 PM. Here are my thoughts:
I like DFW Airport much better than Sky Harbor Airport. The employees by far are much nicer, friendlier, and kinder. The shuttle driver who drove me to the terminal was very nice. Everybody seemed much happier at this airport. There was one guy who bumped into me when I was going up the escalator, but he looked like he was in a hurry to catch a connecting flight. It was not crammed shoulder to shoulder at the gates and the vibes were not stuffy. The moment I got off the plane in Phoenix, I felt the stuffiness. I also like how you can ride the Skylink in post TSA while waiting for your flight. There is so much more to do at this airport. And there is so much more space at the gates, you will always have a chance to film your plane arriving, whereas in Phoenix, all of the windows were blocked by people. As for Frontier Airlines, this time around I had a better experience. The flight was on time and I had no problems. I did my research on how to use Frontier Airlines before I left.
There was a lot of weather in the DFW area, and we were delayed for 35 minutes. We sat on the tarmac for 35 minutes while the pilot had to find a new route to fly because it was unsafe to fly out west due to severe thunderstorms building up. We flew all the way to Austin, TX before turning to fly west. The flight was longer and my layover was cut shorter. The TSA line in terminal 4 was a little long, but I still made it. I was starting to think what I was going to do if I missed my flight, but luckily that did not happen. Getting off in Houston close to midnight was cool. Houston Hobby Airport was a ghost town and nobody was there. Our flight and a flight from Dallas were one of the last flights to arrive for the day. I did not film the baggage claim because I have already filmed the baggage claims at this airport in the past. It was so late that I just wanted to get the turo rental car from the remote parking lot and get to the airbnb to sleep. I hope you enjoy this trip report.

This flight came from Denver, CO. It stopped in Phoenix to pickup passengers. It then continued onto Houston, TX. After we deplaned, this airplane was parked at the gate overnight. It is unknown of where it was headed to the next day, but this was the last flight of the day.
