This was the last song my brother shared with me before he ended his life. I’ve listened over and over in an attempt to find to answers. I’ve been unsuccessful in that specific quest, but I have gained a love for Tim and his work. Keep on keepin on Mr. Eriksen.

That line, "I'm growing warmer now" is by far one of the most heartbreaking lines in any song I've heard, because while at first glance it seems to be a positive thing, however feeling like you're becoming warmer in an environment where you shouldn't be is pretty much the first sign of hypothermia, and that just kills me every time I listen to this song. You've done a fantastic job covering this song, the whole point of music is to convey emotion and you've done an incredible job of that, keep it up.

I love that this is a local story to Franklin County, and such a beautiful telling of it. If you've ever ridden in a cutter sleigh, as I have, it is truly a cold ride even bundled up, but in a silk dress it is pure folly. And, as one who very recently had hypothermia (which landed me in Baystate Franklin hospital) it is true that below a certain core temperature, you stop feeling the cold entirely and stop caring. Shuddering at the memory of how it felt. Thank you for such a beautiful song.

Beautiful! This is undoubtedly an American version of Alfred Lord Tennyson's poem, "The Lady of Shallot." Both versions have the unfortunate effect of making me cry.

I have only seen your videos as of today March 23rd, 2018. This was 10 years ago, I can hardly imagine where you might have taken your tales from there, but I'll definitely be searching for the rest from here. I was a player in the open air most of my performance days. But the pieces I have seen so far are right up my alley. Beautiful piece! Thanks for putting this out here. Zoiks. I don't even think I knew you could do this on KZitem back in 2008! beautiful eh!

I don't know what song you mean, either. Check Tim's above link (timericksenmusic). Also, there is a full (?) discography listed on the "Cordelia's Dad" wikipedia article, and one can check for information regarding various editions/pressings of a particular recording at places like discogs(dot)c0m (which I often find helpful). There is a band page at bandcamp(dot)c0m as well. I always buy from Tim's site, and as I recall, you can preview all songs. Some "Cordelia's Dad" albums are still available in CD form, but I think most (if not all) are available as downloads. I like them all, but especially "Comet" and "Spine" ;-) I'm sorry that I can't think of the one you're searching for. :-( Good luck!
