Fried potatoes and eggs were a staple when I was growing up and when my husband and I married more than 20 years ago I introduced him to the meal and he loves it as well. I make it any time I need a quick go to meal.

Great looking recipes. I absolutely love fall foods too because they are so comforting. Don’t feel bad about the mishap with the ACV. At least you could eat it. I once made a totally inedible soup bc I put too many hot peppers of too many kinds. I joke that it would have taken the paint off a car.🤣 Lane is precious; you both are so blessed with such wonderful kids! 💗

I cook just for myself. And my meals are not fancy. The other night, I poured cooked Elbow Pasta into a casserole dish with about 6 ounces of chopped cooked Ham added Onions, Tomatos, a can of Green Beans, a can of sliced Mushrooms and combined it all using a jar of Alfredo Sauce w/ Sun Dried Tomato added. It made alot of leftovers which I won't mind as it was tasty.

Your cow has a pretty face ! I always have onions, carrots, celery, potatoes and cabbage in my fridge and garlic of course . I would buy your eggs if I lived close. I have never made potato soup with sausage,it sounds delicious. I make it without meat , I mash mine with a potato masher and I add a can of cheddar cheese soup and a sandwich on the side , very cheap . Great job Kelsey ( that’s my nieces name ) looks delicious. And cornbread! Thank you Lori ! 🌻🍁🌻

We get eggs from a friend and sometimes we get a large amount so what I do with them is one week I make egg salad for us to eat on, boiled eggs to put in veggie salad, pasta salad, I add extra eggs to tuna salad, which is really good and I even put them in chicken salad just to use some up. I’ve taken some and put them in freezer containers for us to use when the eggs start to run low. I’ve been finding ways to use them when we get an abundance of them, besides all the casseroles that you can make with them and ect.

I have discovered you can scramble them and freeze them in mason jars, too! Which takes a lot of room but if I have the space I love having them stored!

😂 oh my goodness that apple cider vinegar is absolutely something I’d have done. To tone it down when I too much to salad dressing is a toss of sugar...wonder if some brown sugar or even maple would have worked with the apples and pork. Apparently you can also use baking soda or baking powder. Try a little at a time to get the sourness toned down. Love how honest your content is! Keep those fall recipients coming! 😊

Going with the vinegar idea, sort of, you can pour a cup or two of pickle juice into a crockpot pork roast depending on how big the roast is. Add water as needed, one or two quartered onions and lots of black pepper. No salt until the end because the pickle juice is salty. I promise you, it doesn't taste like pickles.

This is a funny topic because Kelsey and I had the same conversation. She asked Siri and she said it was a J sound and then I heard someone else pronounce it with a soft G like you say.
