Cake is loved by many people, so I'm going to show you a special recipe in this video. This mini sized custard and fruit cake is irresistibly delicious, very colourful and appetising, and can be made sugar free (but if you like it with sugar, this recipe will help you too).

ingredients (for 2 cakes):
mini cake tin (2 pieces)
size: circumference 12cm (4.8 col), depth 4cm(1.6 col)
silicone baking paper
40 grams of biscuits (about 8 biscuits 4x4cm)
40 grams vanilla pudding
5 tablespoons erythritol (75 grams) OR 4 tablespoons sugar (60 grams)
500 ml milk
300 ml of liquid (for example sugar-free pomegranate juice)
24 g gelatine
2-3 tablespoons of cold water
100 g raspberries
Optional for your milk:
200 ml whipped cream
1 tablespoon of erythritol powder (or sugar)

Recipe:
Place the silicone baking paper in the bottom of the cake tins. Place about 4 pieces of biscuits on top (break them into smaller pieces if necessary). Cook the custard and pour 50-50% of it into the 2 cake tins. Leave to cool... Make the jelly with your choice of soft drink and gelatine, leave to cool for 10-15 minutes, meanwhile top the custard with a few grains of raspberries. When the gelatine is just lukewarm, carefully pour 50-50% of the gelatine on top of the cake tins. Then refrigerate for 5 hours!
Then remove from the cake tins. You can also top with whipped cream and marzipan.
