Materials:
Any liquid we want
1 teacup of oil
10 g gelatin powder
cold water
Fabrication:
1. Let some oil cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Let's add powdered gelatin or agar agar into any liquid we want to use. (20 g powder gelatin or 4 g agar agar should be added to 200 ml liquid.)
3. Then let's wait until it dissolves in our gelatin mixture in a coffee pot or heat-resistant container.
4. After the gelatin is well dissolved, let it cool for 10 minutes.
5. Let's draw our cooling liquid with the help of an injector and drop it into the oil that has been kept in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
6. Let's throw the artificial caviar that we obtained by straining the oil into another glass into cold water.
7. Let's filter the water and make it ready for use.
