Fruit Cocktail Jelly
Ingredients
836g Fruit Cocktail
1 cup fruit cocktail syrup
1 pack(25g)unflavored red gelatin powder
1 Big can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
1 Big can (300ml) Condensed Milk
2 cup Water
Procedure
1. Drain fruit cocktail and set aside the fruit cocktail syrup.
2. Put fruit cocktails at the bottom of the mold. You can use different shape and type of mold. Set Aside.
3. In a pot combine red gelatin powder, water and fruit cocktail syrup. Stir to dissolve gelatin powder. Add evaporated milk and condensed. Mix well.
4. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Then pour into the molds with Fruit cocktails. At this point you can still add fruit cocktail into the gelatin while it still warm. Let it cool to set. Chill in the ref before serving.
