Love the content man keep doing your thing! I bought jzx little while ago been taking care of maintenance and stuff i read that people recommended changing the Engine mounts, have you changed yours out and if so to whitch ones and how do they feel any pros or cons?

Thanks for the support! I haven't changed my mounts yet but I have my eyes on the Serial Nine Rigid mounts. I can't imagine they'd be noticeably harsh for street driving considering the JZ is such a smooth engine to begin with. They also offer different hardness levels if you're concerned with harshness

You have great content that has been lacking for years, in love with my jzx93 1994 Mark 2 and have done usual repair based on obscure forums and guessing but still it is reliable for daily driving, I have a pesky error code 61 and my O/D light blinks, but I think its either my ECU or wiring harness. Are there any repairs you suggest doing or have done due to the age of the car besides this? I have replaced my spark plugs, timing belt, rotors and brakes, distributor, O2 sensors ETC.

Thank you, that means a lot 🙏 ECU repair is a must. I had mine repaired at driftmotion but last I checked they no longer offer the service. I'll cover this in a video Seems like you have most of everything covered. Im making a video that will cover cam seals and front and rear main seals soon. If you have a Tourer V do check your turbo oil return lines. There's a Y connector coming out of the oil pan with two rubber hoses that are most likely leaking: www.yotatech.com/forums/attachments/f161/191103d1501885158-tims-1990-4runner-5-speed-1jz-engine-swap-guide-img_0218.jpg
