I turned 44 yesterday - and celebrated my first day of 44 with a celebration of life with my hubby, Caroline and a SWEAT BOMB!!! Holy crap! Thank you for this gift of fitness! ❤️🎉🙌💪❤️

Sunday workouts are my favorite. I love getting my heart rate up. This one looks very interesting. 20 seconds of faster paced higher intensity work twice followed by longer duration of slightly slower paced exercise with dumbells. I'm eager to see how my endurance will be tested when I get to the 60s. Wish you all a great workout and fantastic Sunday! Thank you Caroline

Morning Shruthi...I so much agree! I love my Sunday morning HIIT/ cardio sessions! You just feel so energised at the end! You are quite right that today those 60 sec exercise periods are a real test of stamina! I found the weighted kick through plank hovers the hardest! But I know you’ll have fun and smash the workout! @@matthewalmond8274 HI Matthew. Just finished. I found those plank to hovers the hardest too. Had to break twice in those 60 seconds! For some reason I found it hard to maintain pace in the Jacks to hammer press too. Maybe I pushed too hard on the star jumps. Overall a fantastic high intensity session. Truly an endorphin overdrive ! I'm glad you enjoyed it too

I've been doing Caroline's workouts on and off for more than a year now. I've been very consistent with the Fuel series. Today felt strong, I'm resting less, modifying less, and feeling energized after the workouts. Just a month ago I wasn't able to do more than a few burpees, but today I did them all, even the one armed ones! The body can change in amazing ways. Thank you, Caroline, for teaching me that working out is about having fun!

What a brilliant dumbbell cardio session...I love the idea of mixing 20 and 60 sec work periods...those 60 sec exercises are really going to test out stamina! Like Caroline I’ll be using 6 kg...looks like the perfect weight for this one! This is going to be another hot, sweaty session...have fun everyone...and have a happy Sunday Caroline and everyone! Morning, Matthew. I think everyone will be so grateful for taking a complete rest yesterday... I mean, Caroline never stops to amaze me. I didn't think that this one could potentially become a highlight for me this week. I loved everything- how brilliantly bodyweight and weights were mixed, the contrast between fast bodyweight moves and slower, endurance and strength based weighted moves. Last week I was thinking about star jumps and that I would love if they were somehow incorporated and Caroline appareantly read my mind again. The hardest for me were surprisingly hower to rotation- I just felt it big time in my quads and shoulders. I was sweaty mess by the end and the add-on was like cherry on a cake. Only 5 sessions left😮 But let's make the most out of them! Have a lovely sunday and see you tomorrow!!

This. Was Brutal. Rather than using my bulky adjustable dumbbells for lighter weight, I used my 15lb dumbbells and oh my word, my whole body hurts, especially from those kick thrus & hover to plank rotate. Thank you Caroline for an incredible 25th FUEL workout on my last day of being 25 years old. Excited to ring in 26 tomorrow with my favourite muscle group - leg complexes. I found you two summers ago and you have helped me in so many different ways, including my eating disorder recovery which has been a decade-long process. Forever & ever indebted to you, and I'm so grateful. XX

Dripping wet at the end of this Dumbbell HIIT Cardio session! A year ago I could not do one handed burpees. Today I managed! I was quite clumsy but proud of the strength gained. I used 12 pounds which is another victory. A year ago I would have reached for my 8s. Thank you Caroline! With your workouts and consistency I am stronger! Have a lovely week Girvanators!

During this workout I kept thinking 'Caroline, you really are a superwoman!'. Idk if the heat made it harder or what, but I felt like this was the hardest hiit session I've experienced from you so far. And you did it with 2x6kg as well🤯I toppled over onto my buns on the first hover to rotate plank with 4kg, but you were so stable! SUPERWOMAN, truly.

I absolutely love what I’m seeing right now, very interesting & unique way to turn up the HEAT. I’m really gonna try to push myself as much as I can, especially during those 20 seconds & no doubt, those 60 seconds will be leaving my muscles on fire 🔥 Can’t wait to give this one a go!

This was one of the hardest workouts I have ever tried. I felt a lil bit discouraged because I had to take longer breaks. Glad I finished it!

WheeEEEW! I was down sick for the last couple days, so this was a mental and physical challenge for me. These programs (this and EPIC I) have definitely been mental tougheners for me. I laughed when she says "go at your own pace" during the finisher. You better believe I'm going at my own pace! If there's one thing that I learned from Grit, it's that you don't try to match pace with the tiny blonde unless you are ELITE. I love the non-verbal cueing during the snatches - definitely need to focus on form. This may be my favorite DB HIIT ever. Thanks, Caroline!

This was was so much fun today! Loved every bit of it. The moves, the timer changes, the music, swapping BW with DBs, and how demanding it was. I picked 10 lbs today which was just right for me except for those punches so I swapped shoulder presses instead. Took me a few seconds to get the coordination right on the hover to rotate planks so I was glad that was 60s! Favourite moves: squat to kick, jack presses, and snatches. Glad I stayed in the air conditioning for this one!

Its 5.44am & once again dripping with sweat, why do i do this on a Sunday morning! 😂 Some new movies in there? Not seen a jack press so far (for me anyway) Only managed my 4kg but happy i got through with a decent pace & good form. Can't believe its the final week of Fuel, loved it all! Right, now onto the abs add on. Happy Sunday! ❤ x

I had done jack presses before...but those weighted kick through hover planks seemed new...and they certainly felt very tough too! Same ! This was unbelievable omg the single handed burpees and then the kick out w a weight a.? What? I’m making this up today since I missed Sunday. I’m looking forward to the finisher. Amazing from the beginning to the cool down. Definitely super challenging, even more so than a regular HIIT or dumbell HIIT, the longer set was totally destroyer. This is like a super giant HIIT haha. I loved it, everything about FUEL is awesome, I just cannot believe the variety Caroline is able to come up with, so that we are always motivated and trying new things while preventing our bodies from getting used to the same repetitions that get you nowhere. I REALLY ENJOY EVERY SUNDAY NOW IN A WAS THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE BEFORE CAROLINE. Thank you! We love you!

This workout looks very intense, I feel we are going to be very sweaty at the end, but what a great way to end the week and have a nice feeling of accomplishment 💪. Good luck to all of you , the braids are here, and the workout starts with burpee, two reasons to know this is no joke 😅 Edit: just finished it… Is there a micro climate above my fitness mat with rain? My fitness mat is all wet 💦💦 , whereas the rest of the room is dry … oh wait😏 I just did a Caroline’s workout😜 This is not rain, but sweat 💦💦😅 I can not believe how Caroline can stay super dry during her workout 😁😁 … My favorite music starts at 91% I’m not running around KILLRUDE

Hi Myna...you are quite right...this is a tough, hot, sweaty session! Yes...burpees to start and by the time you get to the lunge jumps at the end you’ll know you’ve done a hard workout! @@matthewalmond8274 Hi Matthew, this morning I woke up at 4 o’clock because I was so stressed to take an exam for a professionnal retraining at 8:00 AM , and I finished it around 10:30 . I wanted to do this workout so badly to evacuate all the stress I got lately 😅😅😅, and IT WORKED, I feel so much better now ☺️☺️ I had a hard time knowing which hand was supposed to handle the dumbell during the kicking through, I was confused 😵💫 It got me mad 🤯😁 but apart from that this HIIT was definitely a killer !!! I’m doing this program for the second time and I remember this hiit session week from the first attempt. I had to pause a lot a year ago but today only paused at the kick thru’s. I was messing it up so had a bit of a break. lol. And definitely can’t keep up with Caroline’s pace. But I did it and so glad that I did! Sweaty Sunday.

Same - 5 kgs. I basically didn't take any extra breaks except in the dumbbell kick thrus - they really got me. Drenched in sweat, an unbelievable feeling! Thank you, Caroline!

i had my 4th baby 2 months ago and said the whole end of pregnancy as soon as i can workout im getting strong and in shape, she was born end of feb and march 17th i started working out and could barely do a plank for 15 seconds, I have been doing your videos for a few weeks and today was able to fully complete this video and cried tears of joy aftering completing it! Thank you for your videos

All the sweat! I burned so many calories, probably the most of any FUEL workout -249! It was really tough and I tried to stay with her with 8lb dumbells. I started to fade a little at the Hover to Rotate Plank but stuck with it and finished. Caroline- you are a beast!!!

I've always been a sporty person but since I've found Caroline I've become a fitness nerd! 😆🤣 I'm in good shape and progressing ... Honestly I felt like such a failure during this workout today, I had no energy at all, had to take so many breaks but now that I think of it, at least I tried. I put my training shoes on, went to the gym, and gave my best I could at that moment. So for all of those who feel like me this afternoon, don‘t. Be proud of yourself for trying and for working your ass off with Caroline‘s (awesome) workouts. You could be lying in your bed or watching tv but you chose to work out, despitr maybe having no motivation and no energy, and you can be proud of yourself!

@@julialaalaa6046 Just try it again with lighter weights (if using). The second time of **everything** is so much easier than the first. You will be amazed and super-motivated.

YOU TRIED!! That is exactly me. This workout kicked my a** but I refused to stop. REFUSED!! Keep going. One day that is a bit off is OK IMO..

Good morning all 😀Loved this one but having said that I love all Caroline’s workouts! I used 6kg but had to drop to 4 for those hover plank rotations as I was losing form. Very hot and sweaty now! Hope you all have have a wonderful day and have enjoyed the workout 🏋️♀️ ❤️

And good morning to you too, Rachel! Wasn’t this a great workout...but I know just what you mean about those hover rotation planks! I used 6 kg but had to take them slowly! I was certainly sweaty at the end! Have a lovely day! Matthew

Exhilarating! We've got Burpees, Star Jumps, Snatch...HR will surely rise. Let's have Super Sweaty Fun!😆👊 Have a great workout! Week5 Day25 Complete! Fantastic sesh! Enjoyed each set and the challenge of keeping a pace to last 60sec. My fave is the Star Jumps..so fun but ouch my quads 😅. Also the Finisher was fun pushing through. Amazing feeling after! 15min. Ab crunch add-on done as well. Thanks Caroline! ❤️ Have a lovely Sunday!

This one and one EMOM finale are definitely the most challenging ones. This one is unreal, absolutely love it. Going strong into the last week to probably start FUEL over.

Okay, okay, okay Caroline is not joking with this one. I loved the mix between the 20 seconds and the 60 seconds intervals the workout really flew by. The plank kick through round was for me the most challenging one. I was drenched at the end of the session and the heart rate was up in the sky. Thank you so so so much for your amazing job Caroline !!!

Was feeling a bit down yesterday, but after seeing this I’m ( weirdly) so happy & excited to do it!! Usually I’ll be so scared 😅 Wow! Just finished. Drowning in sweat starring at the ceiling contemplating my whole existence! 🥵🫠

I just dip in & out with workouts but Caroline is my go to channel every time. This was a great workout, tough but do-able. Lying in a pool of sweat right now trying to summon up the energy to move. 🥵

Unbelievable but 6 kgs today! A bit less control and a bit more flailing than I'd like in some exercises, which caused me a bit of fear for my joints. But fear is just fear. And I did it without a single extra break! But slowing down is the more difficult exercises. Thank you, Caroline! Мала, ти палала сьогодні!

🌸 That was HIIT! 🩺 🩸 BPM: max 171 avg 139! 🌸 I love ⏱ 2 x 20s of smth! And longer another thing ⏳seems to be more doable? 🤸🏻♀️ Fantastic! Not easy but great! Thank you very much 🌸 Done with 🎀 UNWIND stretch.. no abs today.. enough for me! 😅

Caroline!!! You about killed me today! Lol even with all the mods I still burned almost 400 calories, and was sweating buckets!!!! Can’t believe it’s our last week of Fuel!

Hi everyone This was very intense 😅😅😅 7.00 am here and already 31 degré celsius. Doing Sunday HIIT with no AC in my room 😅👊💪 Smashed it with is little modification. I'm swimming in my own sweat 😅💦💦💦 It was brilliant workout 💪👌 Have a nice Sunday everyone. Thank you Caroline 💜👍 you are the best coach ever 😍

That was a challenging one from the start, right in there with the burpees !!! I don't normally do another workout after HITT or even do weights after cardio but I wanted a bit of Iron slow and controlled so I did day 5 arms and ab and that was great! Definitely Iron would be my usual type of workout but I do like the variety of Fuel and it's great that you can just go in and "choose your own" for an add on ! I know you love leg days and probably do more in the week but you really do have some fantastic solid upper body workouts that I love to dip into :)

Done done done! yes the 75 yr old did it so you can too. Modified some stuff, longer rest periods. Felt so good after and I always preview and think oh no i can't but i can.
