1:44 Ambitious Ryouma wields an entire adult tree during his display. This tree quite outweighs any other object I’ve seen carried by a displaying chimp.

Think maybe the male to female ratio is off. Way too many displaying an aggressive males. Chester Zoo has 2 large groups but there are more females to male ratio an they are a more cohesive group

Jeez o peat all they need to separate some of these chimps before one of them ends up dead from being beat up or dies from the effects of being in constant fear of being beat up all the time. It is just cruel. Yes I understand how the zoo wants the chimps to be as close to what they would be in their natural habitat but the simple fact is they are NOT they are in a zoo where at least the minimum the chimps should be confident and secure in is food, water, shelter, physical care, and protection from constant fear of harassment, bullying, and physical injury!

Zookeepers should consider adding some Xanax or Valium to their food for a couple of days. Not only would it help the chimps settle down, it would also give the zookeepers some much-needed peace and quiet! (Just kidding!) 😉😁
