A quick EQUIPMENT FREE total body HIIT workout AT HOME using your bodyweight. Skipping rope is optional! This workout keeps your heart-rate up with 45-second exercise intervals and 30 seconds of cardio between exercises.
I recommend repeating this workout twice, so you do a total of two sets of each exercise.
