Very nice,. The workouts that you teach are amazing and include full body which can be done by an individual as a daily routine and the awesome part is without much gym equipments I serious my love this and include it in my daily workouts. It would be great if you also include biceps or more workouts to build strong and bigger arms. You are doing great guys. Thank you
