Hi Hasfit, I've been wanting to comment and thank you for a long time now. I lost 20kgs and gone from Obese to a healthy BMI twice now (and a hot bod included) in the last few years thanks to your videos. I didn't even have to change my diet! haha 😝I'm from New Zealand and I have got so many people here onto your videos, my dad and brother, friends, friends parents, even a nurse I met at the clinic! Lol! When I go on hikes I can hear coach Kozak saying "brick by brick, day by day, never give up!!". So THANK YOU, Coach & Claudia, you have changed my life! (Twice now 😋) Love from NZ ❤

Amazing workout and l really like it when the warm up and the cool down are included. Thanks alot for all your help. Hasfit was my first ever weight training video to follow and that was in 2017❤ and i have been hooked since 😊

Hi, I am doing weights three times a week the programs and walking 52 minutes four days a week and I’m not losing weight. I’ve also cut back well actually I do macros and I’ve cut back but I’m not losing any weight. Can you give me any ideas? I eat everything healthy and I don’t eat sweets. What’s going on? Why is my body not losing weight?

Take tape measurements instead of scale. If you are gaining muscle, and losing body fat, the scale isn't where to focus. Body shape first.

Have you had your thyroid and insulin resistance checked?? You also might be lacking certain vitamins.
