Connect and Move with this 48min FULL BODY Pilates reformer workout! We will be doing a fair amount of kneeling so grab a pad if need! My lower body felt a slow burn in this one;) Alot of static holds with the lower half while upper body is working!
All you need is your beautiful self and your reformer, NO BOX NEEDED.
