The new format is great. It helps a lot to see "normal" people that are like me and have to do the modified versions of poses while also seeing the advanced version. It is also really nice to feel like you are in a class with others at a studio setting during these times.

A well-rounded, full-body morning yoga practice. I don't usually start my practice standing, but I liked the way being inverted felt, especially as this is my first real movement of the morning. I sometimes wander down the yoga side streets here on YT, but inevitably those roads always lead me back again and again to the Senesi Highway...straight, direct and no nonsense (ok maybe just a little nonsense). This was such an awesome class. It is very instructive to see students and your adjustments. An added benefit, was (Ana, Hannah?) She had an expression on her face that I know so well, concentration with a bit of fear that you might mess up. It made me relax my face, and was an excellent reminder for future practice 😌. Thank you!

The transition from twisted balance to twisted triangle was really nice, and I really like the dandasana with one leg bent and moving forward (I don't think I have ever ever done that before, that was a cool stretch). Thanks for a great early start to my day - it was nice to feel like I was practicing with 3 other people but I did not have to drive anywhere to get to that class! Thank you, Tim, Michelle and Anna 🙂

Excellent session. Format is super helpful for small corrections that make all the difference. Themed classes (spring, nee year challenge) are always good. More sessions please. Think 30-45 mins is the perfect length.

Loved this one (as usual) . Tim you are the best. The instruction in bridge about the rib cage was eye opening for me this morning. I have to really think about the position of my ribs in poses, but never made that connection in Bridge! Thank you for your expertise.

Loooooove this flow and looooove the new format! Doing yoga with 'normal' people that are not super yoga masters makes you feel more motivated and it's encorouging! I learnt a lot and improved so much since following your classes from last year. I still can't believe I can do headstand and flying pigion now and it's all thanks to you Tim!

Another lovely start to my Monday Tim. Was pretty intense - e.g . the cresent hold but has left me ready for the day. Spring cleaning would be good. With Yin? I really enjoy holding the poses for longer as it helps deepen the pose/ re-adjustment. What about incrporating some brief HIIT kind of stuff into a routine (star jumps?!) to get things stirred up and cleared out or is Yin AND HIIT a bit too random?!

I would strongly suggest checking out the conscious movement community which you can access via my website yogawithtim.com - There I post 4 new videos a month that are at least an hour in length; if not, more so the flow is slower and we are able to hold poses for longer without feeling rushed. I've also posted other type of videos on there from mobility videos to challenges i've put together, to the breakdown of different poses. Anyway, I hope you check it out as it sounds like something you would be into! you get to try your first 2 weeks free to see if its something your into :)

I would love a Spring challenge. This was fantastic Usually "morning" is code for not too hard. This one was spot on for the morning Not too long but not too mellow either. I concur that seeing models that wobble a bit is reassuring and wonderful.
