I'm really enjoying watching your videos and trying out some of your moves, Lucy. Could I suggest that you improve the lighting? With lights behind the camera pointing at you, rather than the light from the windows behind you, we could see you better as well as the attractive red brickwork and fluttering net curtains of the building opposite.... Otherwise, keep the workouts coming!
