Hi Jenny This is my first visit to your channel. Can you please tell me what length of resistance band you all are using? I’m not sure which length to buy. Both 5.9’ and 6.5’ are offered, along with short ones. Thanks in advance for your reply AND your workout too!’

The Musicis too loud. If this video is not geared to seniors than we hate thumping music. Also this video is not for newbie senior that is for sure and where is the warm up. More thought needed to go into this exercise video.

Just loved doing this with you from your Tuscany retreat. It really made me feel part of the great 10 day experience. Also great to have these exercises for when I travel and have limited space in a hotel bedroom.
