What a humble guy. It was actually helpful when he self - corrected through the voice over, because it made me aware of my form errors. Very rare in this type of videos. Kudos!

I've been hiking for about 25km daily for 4 days straight, which is a lot for me as I normally never really do. I wanted to do some regular yoga, decided to check for hiking stretches and found you. These exercises felt really alleviating right from the start. On top of that, you have an extremely soothing voice and character.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know the subtitle at minute 8:01 is wrong. You say the word 'tucked' but the subtitle got it wrong! I'm sure you'll want to fix this. You are so professional and I know this is not what you want out there. Thank you for all your work - I'm using the knee pain videos and am seeing improvement.

Did this routine everyday for 6 months (as well as following your strength and mobility training videos) leading up to/throughout a 100mile walk in 4 days (all of us with no prior hiking experience) in aid of Dementia UK and Little Princess Trust, raising just over £5000. Other than slightly sore feet, my body felt GREAT and I have no doubt that it was all Chases doing. Following all the guidance given meant I was able to have my head up for the majority of the walk and enjoy the amazing views, whilst also sharing YOUR knowledge to my pals who were with me who we suffering. You’re a hero mate, immensely thankful for your help. Failure to prepare is preparing to fail!
