This is one of the best fully body workout videos I've seen. I like how Obi keeps it simple and doesn't use too many scientific terms-it's not impressive, it just confuses a lot of the people these videos are meant for. Thanks for making such a helpful video.

Shout out to you Obi, I have been training in some form or another throughout my life as a person that played rugby, indoor footy, distance running... But since pandemic and family, work and study. I found myself with minimal time to workout. Your full body workouts have been a saving grace for me... The EMOMs are elite thank you.

Top tier as per usual. I'm currently on a bulk and I find adding full body workouts like this makes the process more enjoyable. I also treat them as a reset especially when I've missed a few days of training.

I prefer full body workouts. Been doing it for maybe 5 years now. I find that it’s better for recovery and growth (for me!). I don’t get sore unless I’m really pushing it. And I get to hit all of my muscle groups 5 days a week instead of 1 or 2 times. Works for me and it shows. It’s also great for people who can only workout a couple days a week or if you have a hectic schedule. I love working legs, so I always start there if I can and then go from large muscle groups to smaller so that I can maximize on my lifts

Here is my full-body plan that I love! You can do how many time through the week as you want. Remember to take at least 2 days off to recover once a week. Squat Deadlift Pull ups Rows Chest press Shoulder press Lateral raise Leg raise Calve raises Use a barbell for everything apart from shoulders and calves. Do between 8-10 reps 4-5 sets the first one with no weight and increase weight each set. This workout should take just over an hour. Try to take minimum rest to make it difficult.

This is the first video I've seen of yours and I loved it! I really like that you include a conditioning portion at the end because I find AMRAP a lot of fun too, but have never seen it paired with weight training in the same workout. It's cool to know it won't hurt my gains ;) Thank you so much for the video, it is not just helpful but also so generous of you to share this with us for free.

Hi Obi. Firstly I want to say you that your channel is amazing…congratulations. I have a question for you. In your opinion, what is the better way for full body workout?, doing a complete round of every single exercises, and repeating it, for example…3 times?, or, to repeat 3 times each exercise, until complete every muscle groups? Thank you so much, and best regarás. And I wish you can train very soon.
