I agree for sure- but I do understand and relate to Shaun's approach to nutrition a bit more personally. When I completed I was a student or was working full time with a hectic travel schedule so flavor wasn't always the main priority. @@muscleandstrength My point is that if you fuel yourself with tasty food, you are going to function and perform properly. Not only inside the gym, but also in life overall. I used to be 143 kgs, now I am at around 72-75 and I don't mind eating the same stuff every day; be it grilled chicken and boiled potatoes with the skin and some salad and boiled eggs and fruit etc. Plus, iI add spices and herbs and tabasco and my food is tasty. I feel good and I got no reason to feel sorry about it :). I only wish my autoimmune from which I've been suffering from since mid-September gets better; I wish to get back into training and not just going for walks.

2,800 calories in a single day isn't really that impressive, i mean a digiorno frozen pepperoni pizza has like 2,000 calories alone, and i've had at least 1,000 calories in addition to the pizza in the same day before, and i don't even lift. not really sure what all the fuss is about.
