You can build muscle whilst in a caloric deficit. It's not as optimal as being in a surplus, but as long as you eat enough protein it will work.

Watching your videos has definitely helped me, when it comes to my weight loss journey. I eat 1482 in calories every day (till "goal) and I had/have difficulty insuring that I get in all my calories ,and that I'm full. so ! Yes, I appreciate you, you've given me many ideas😃 over many videos lol.

you need to try protein french toast! I follow your my fitness pal I definitely recommend 4 slices of white low calorie bread with 200 g of egg whites and an egg(optional) 12g of chocolate whey and cinnamon and a small bit of pb2 for the mix. You’d love it

You’re helping me so much. My dr saids I have to eat 1200 cals a day & I’ve noticed that I eat so fast that I’m always going to the fridge eating other things and going over my calories. Hopefully I can conquer my binge eating habits and reach my weight goal soon.

This fritatta reminds me of Korean pancakes. Koreans use spring onions & eggs but no mushrooms. I'll try this fritatta!👍😋😋

You need to let the flour cook first. Should always sear meat, especially if there’s flour on it before adding vegetables.

Great video, thank you! Where does the cheese come in on the first recipe? You cooked with it but never mentioned when to put it in or how much you used. While you were eating it you menrions sprinkling some on but you can see that you cooked wirh it. Was your end calorie count including the cheese?
