Hi Nick, I had a Creami recipe idea I would love to see you put out. I just got a Creami and didn't have much to work with, so I got a bit creative. I put roughly half a can of canned peaches, a bit of sugar-free vanilla yogurt, and about half of a vanilla Fairlife protein shake. It reminded me a lot of peaches and cream and was delicious. I am sure you'd know how to really improve the recipe.

Hey! Each person has their own preferences and beliefs, so I hear where you are coming from. Frozen meals have been being warmed for ages from the freezer section of the grocery store while water bottles are used by millions and millions daily. I personally think think this effect is exaggerated, but if you would rather put it on a plate first, that is also another way to do it.

Loving the cookbook so far, the pizza pot pie looks great (haven't made it yet, it's on the list to try) - As a question on behalf of those of us who work in the office 5 days a week: Can it be microwaved to reheat if it's prepped in advance (not frozen, baked in advance then refrigerated)? Also, any chance of adding a "microwave friendly" list to the cookbook in the future? Up front, I'm aware the microwave isn't ideal but that's the only thing my office has or even has room for, so I'm trying to work with what I've got available.

Love the cereal idea holy shit. Also you've made a lot of doughs so most regular meals are taken care of. The rice krispie protein bar was super exciting because it helped address the need most of us have! Snacking in between meals. I'd love to have a protein desert/snack series. For doughs; Do you plan on going for other types like focaccia or sourdough? At that point you've covered everything. One of the reasons you have been a real game changer for me is that there are few good ways of getting in protein for vegetarians beyond, eat tofu or some ridiculous unsustainable amount of beans. Having the protein doughs and snacks helps me hit my intake when I cant have meat. If you have other ideas to get proteins in vegetarian meals I'd be super excited. You do the best work, man, thanks for everything.

Could you perhaps look into differences between artificial sweeteners for the Creami recipes? In the descriptions you always mention you use erythritol, which is 70% as sweet as sugar, but in the video you actually use a mix of erythritol combined with some other things to recreate 1:1 with sugar. So using regular erythritol as you mention in the video will make it less sweet. There's also other options like stevia or monkfruit or sucralose, which should create differences as well. Furthermore, people outside US don't have access to Swerve for example.
@Exercise4CheatMeals
8 ай бұрын
Hey! I have used many different sweeteners in my initial testing of the creami and thought erythritol tasted the best and made for the best consistency. Since Swerve changed their product a couple months ago, I now use pure erythritol. What sweetener someone uses is going to come down to personal preference, so I just give me feedback on what I thought based on my testing and what I think tastes the best with the greatest ice cream texture. If someone tries erythritol and doesnt like it or doesnt want to use it, I would suggest buying a small amount of 3-4 sweeteners and testing them to see which you like the best.
@thijsf395
8 ай бұрын
Thanks for the reply! I see what you mean, and I guess since everyone responds differently to the sweeteners it's best to try each one and see which works best for yourself. You mention that you switched back to pure erythritol, do you also increase the amount you use since its only 70% as sweet (so you would be adding 140% as much grams)?@@Exercise4CheatMeals

I am sorry, but in my experience and research, I gotta disagree with you. It is $7 a meal. This is cheaper than almost all fast food places meal deals and there were lines out of the parking lot for it as I drove by multiple establishments today. For example, a double cheeseburger is 2.69 and just adding a medium fry and a drink is comparable in pricing. To add, I know multiple people that spend $20 on lunch at work regularly. Without even talking about convenience and the ability to stay on your macros, this is cheaper than take out.
