It’s amazing how NO ONE mentions juice…… and it’s definitely one of the main reasons they’re looking that way and certainly the reason they can eat so much. This is wrong and misleading for those who don’t know different.

Your wrong ..yes they take steroids but they work 10 times harder..go take steroids and see if you can get to their level..easy to say they take steroids but you overlook that they workout 3-4 hours a day

@@rickgreen9629 Well gee, Ricky, I wonder what gives them the energy to workout more than once or twice a day and the strength to lift really really heavy weights. Could it be pre workout? No, everyone uses that. Could it be protein shakes? No, mostly everyone uses those. Let’s see, what is the one big difference between a natty and an enhanced athlete? Oh I know! IT’s STEROIDS!!! Man, that was a tough one! I never thought I’d get it. After all, it’s not like some of the greatest past steroid users have admitted that taking steroids is what gave them the edge and the ability to reach previously unseen heights. That can’t be right. Steroids didn’t give lifters the needed extra strength to lift untold amounts of weights. It was all inner strength and extra protein shakes. After all, EVERYONE who works out looks like enhanced athletes. Gtfoh. And btw, it’s “you’re.” Not “your.” If you’re going to be oblivious, do so correctly.

@@williamharrison6213 I know. Everyone who lifts knows that saying. My daily regimen is like that of a golden era bodybuilder. 80% protein, 15% vegetables 5% fruit. I look the best I’ve ever looked in my life. And I’m strong af. Plus I’m a martial artist so my kicks and punches are all lightning quick. But it’s important not to over-nourish yourself, unless you want to look as big as a house and have no mobility whatsoever. Then it’s just a mastabatory process.
