This video takes you through a full guard workout, ASMR included. The workout focuses on a move called the "Under drag" or the, "Snatch Back". I wanted to be as transparent as possible with you and show you what a great workout looks like that will make you better each time you do it. I gave you video and audio to allow you to see mistakes, hear internal dialogue (talking to myself for motivation or reminders to self), and notice mistakes that I make.
