Family Matters and Full House were part of the original TGIF, and it was more than 30 years ago. Sabrina and Boy Meet World came much later, I never knew they were a part of TGIF. I’m 46, I was still in middle school when TGIF came out.

I'm surprised this wasn't split into at least 3 parts. The first TGIF lineup did not have Family Matters or Boy Meets World. But it did have Perfect Strangers and Just the 10 of Us. Also, other short lived series occasionally appeared in the 90's lineup, like Baby Talk and Camp Wilder. Plus, there was Step by Step, Dinosaurs, and even brief a series with the Olsen Twins in the primary roles.

Very true. Full House moved to Tuesday night when Step By Step premiered. Step By Step remained on TGIF during its first six seasons. The final season it moved to Friday nights on CBS along with Family Matters.

Who could have ever guessed, that Alanis Morrisette's revenge tribute to Dave Coulier (You Outta Know), would surface one year after Full House went out of syndication? But that was just the cherry on top. Coulier was also known for using profanity and cracking dirty jokes on the set of Full House, which never surfaced until the late 2000's on the world wide web.

Full house, Family Matters, Boy Meet World and Sabrina were my all time favorites ! I also really liked Who's the Boss, Punky Brewster, Growing Pains, Doogie Howser, MD, Facts of Life, Family Ties, My Two Dad's, and more. Then i Loved when Friends was on . I know after I put Sabrina the rest wasn't on TGIF, but they were ALL so good and and of course I Loved How I Met Your Mother ! Friends and How I Met Your Mother came a little while after TGIF, these were ALL Fantastic shows, sorry I am a sitcom nut ! I don't want to forget about Mad about you and Cheer's ! ❤ Also Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place, Just the Five of Us( i think that was the name of the show) Awwwwwww Memories ! Tv is NOT at ALL like it was back then ! Not even the slightest and it breaks my heart ❤️

Most of the TGIF lineup aired in all afternoon reruns on then-Fox/ABC Family for years; Full House was 12:00-1:00, followed by Step By Step or Growing Pains or Family Matters or Sabrina or Boy Meets World. In the summer when Mom's soap operas came on, my sister and I gladly and willingly went downstairs at lunch time and didn't come back upstairs until dinner time. Oh, those were the days! 🙂

as the co creator for the network at the end said: all these shows are now comfort food I'm glad I have almost all the episodes in DVD box sets I think I'll do that this Friday night buy some popcorn 🍿 and other snacks and go back in time yes I have cable but Friday I'll pretend like cable doesn't exist yet (how many remember trying to watch TV with rabbit ears?) This documentary is absolutely insulting to Mary Kate and Ashley. They were successful after the show unlike the rest of the cast. They worked their entire life, they started their own company and even used their earnings to start up the Row that is so successful now. To brush over all of that obly to claim that MKs eating disorder happened after her full house fame is absolutely insulting and incorrect. Thumbs down from me.

They did mention their successful business endeavors. Almost anyone who grew up with them (the majority of people viewing this) know more about them than the others featured

Growing up, we had one TV in the house. And this is the only time my brother and I didn’t fight over the TV remote and try to kill each other and we could agree on what to watch. I love this when I was growing up in the 80s and 90s.

The fact that this isn’t still a thing stinks. I loved growing up watching this but, wish something like this was around for my kids.

whats weird i dont remember seeing any full house episodes when they aired on abc but i remember boy meets world, step by step family matters and perfect strangers.

Yo my man will as terry McGinnis/batman beyond was absolutely golden voice over work!! Great show too! Kim possible was good too lol but batman beyond was greatness 💯💯💯💯🔥
