Its coming from a person who workouts everyday from now 1 year its not necessary to do 5 pull ups you said that wrong i got my first pullup when i was 3 months into the gym but i did 20 pushups at home. You said right about the pushup but not everyone can pull 100% of their bodyweight right before. Thank you

I can do 5 pullups, im 2 months into the gym. But my trainer made me do chinups and pushups to test. I did 3 chinups, 21 pushups. And he let me use machines on the first day.

Meri 5'10 jab me 15 ka tha, ab 17 ka hone wala hu (pullups, pushups, sprint, cycling and a bit of weight training on a semi regular basis) i am close to 6'2. I am taller than my father, brothers, and as far back i can go. So no it doesn't affect your height.

I just want to say more muscle doesnt mean more strength. Eating alot protein will help you build muscle after every workout, this doesnt mean you will see changes in 1 day you will only increase a tiny bit of muscle after every work and doing that for months will lead to show results. On the other hand if you only eat a just enough amount of protein that you need in your life ( for people who arent bodybuilders because body builders need more protein in life) and go to the gym you will see very small changes in your muscle mass after months if you had eaten more protein than there would be a good increase in your muscle mass but your strength will increase in the same rate. When you do workout you do some damage to your muscle ( if you do alot of damage it can cause a muscle tear) and when your muscles are recovering they become more strong and increase a little bit but it will not be noticeable. If you had taken more protein your muscle will recover more bigger but the strength will increase the same . If you had taken alot of protein you will see more muscle and if you take less protein you will only see a tiny bit of increase. Big muscle hands doesnt always mean he is very strong and having less bigger arms doesnt always mean he isnt strong.

Going gym won't make you bald or receed your hairline but... but... If you having a worse hair genetics and you are doing heavy workouts and boosting your testoterone in that case if you are sensitive to di hydro testoterone accumulation it will definetly make your hairline receed rapidly and make you bald and I've experienced this 4 years doing Gym.

Thank-you so much brother for this amazing guide. Only One question to ask .. After 3 to 4 weeks of doing workout can we start doing the workout on daily basis except Sundays. Initial weeks as per your guidance and once my body is in habit than on daily basis except sundays. I will also be doing walk on daily basis as well. So please do answer ya I know it's a very very basic question but I thought let me just ask as it will be my first comment on your video.

3:35 I don't agree with you. Aj se 3 mahina pahle mene gym join Kia Me mushkil se pushups mar pata tha. Ab 10kg plate rakh kr back pe clean 7-10 push ups mar leta hu Pull ups mar leta hu 10. Me same sochta agar to abhi b wesa hi hota no progress broo Ghar me kuch ni hota Bhot Kam log h Jo Ghar me exercise kr lete h atleast mere jese log to bilkul nhi krte ek Do din kr lega Banda wo baad Me dubara band kr dega. So ap ye suggestion do ki tu sale Nalla h lekin gym Jaa. Jaa mtlb Jaaaaa 😂😂😂.

Hello bro i don't know aap reply kroge ya ni but hn mai apna case share krna chahunga aur aapki advice bhi chahiye meri age 16 hai aur mai bachpan se hi skinny ni tha but after some time meri height badhna shuru hui and now i am 6ft aur mera weight 45kg hai and logo ke taunt sunke aur apni strength na dekh ke bhot bura lgta h mujhe pushups aur pull ups ni lgte but kya mai join kru ya strength badhane ke liye creatine lelu ?
