Blue line , as I have replied to a comment . In England it is normal for applicant to define land owned or controlled. So I view NOT NR land but outside disputed access in my view.

yes, very interesting document online here; readable now, thank you. Opens up adjacent matters. Many details here.

Does this have any relevance to the issue of the station being reopened to the public, doesn’t look like it to me, my view is all parties should stick to the issue in resolving access to the station.

New video out on the cover up site hope you are able to follow it analyse it and slot it into the narrative apparently there’s a whole treasure trove to come interesting times I’ve got my popcorn at the ready. Network rails next move will be interesting they had hoped to open the station back up at the end of this month that’s looking very unlikely. 🤔

The blue tinted boundary on the drawings. Is that representing land owned by NR? if it does then surely this hasn't been updated since the school house was sold off, removed from the sasines register and re-registered as a separate title under the newer map based land registry, unless NR held onto solum rights under station house? But that would be recorded in the deeds that you already published?

I was thinking the same thing. Is this what NR is relying on to say they own the land?

Some sloppy work by Caledonia Forestry perhaps as its their application. Old boundaries info not a problem as no direct contact with or involvement with Station House.

This map used by Caledonia Forestry has the same boundary for Station House as still currently showing on the Environment Agency website. Search postcode KW126UR map.environment.gov.scot/sewebmap/

When you apply for permission ( in England ) it is normal to state land owned or controlled by applicant . That I think that is the blue line BEFORE the cottage was sold after planning application was made , and granted after sale.

Is there anything abt it being built soon, as these came out 2021 which was 3 years ago now lol

All i can say is they are currently trying to gain access to the station to fit the request stop. As the logging will bring more workers and i guess some by train to altnabreac station. Thanks 👍

On the Altrabreac channel I read both '60' and Ian and Liz are planning to bring out a lot more information! I know many will see Ian and Liz as blockers but why isn't anyone asking why Network Rail have allowed themselves to be 'blocked' for two years??? Perhaps the answer is they needed an access agreement with the owners??? If they had the legal right to break those chains this month then why on earth didn't they break them two years ago??? Until Network Rail or the BTP publish their legal argument for cutting those chains we are not in a position to know if what they did was lawful or not. Is it possible to obtain that information under FOI???

@dannymurphy1779 please ask the question to them and please let us know the reply. I don't mean to sound rude or anything as far as I'm concerned it's a great and valid question. Please please ask them as they will not tell me much or anything at all. If you do ask and get a reply please post it on here. Thanks 👍

@@gone-in-sixty-seconds I'm sure it won't surprise you to know I have been banned from posting unfortunately, despite being sympathetic to them. Thanks for allowing mine on here, I'm sure many will disagree with my standpoint. Many will be focused on getting the station opened again which I totally get but the BTP in the videos never made clear what the legal basis was for NR gaining access. I'm no lawyer but wouldn't you expect a warrant or something??? Personally I can't see this getting any further until Network Rail are questioned. I did read the local MP was saying he/she was going to raise it in Parliament. Why have Network Rail, as a landlord, lost control of their own station??? I think it should be raised as a question to the Transport minister.

@dannymurphy1779 no one is banned by us only by youtube if they decide or someone complains. Your thought and comments are all welcome here, this is an open channel for talk discussion information and I personally feel it's going ok getting information out there. Thanks 👍

@@gone-in-sixty-seconds Sorry I misread your question, am banned from Altnabreac channel is what I meant! Sorry I have no idea how to do a FOI if that was what you were asking. Just find it a bit weird how there is so much focus on Liz and Ian, their backstory, the logging etc etc. It is odd it is being framed as Network Rail being the good guys and Liz and Ian as villians when the reality is Network Rail are responsible for the operation of the station yet closed it because they were unable to get to their own station! Ian and Liz might win or might lose. But that is not going to change the situation that Network Rail have lost all control of their own station. Surely the head of NR Scotland should resign over this shambles, it's rank incompetence!!!

An application by Caledonia Forestry with some strange blue boundary markings on one location plan but not a relevant issue. Their is little work to be done and NR are clearly in support of this. The interesting deadline is 3 years from planning consent to get on with it. Consent in 9 Dec 2021 does not give much time to get on with it. All activity seems to take place on the NW side of the track so no direct conflict with those in Station House. There are noise limitations that will need to be adhered to with Station House so close by.

Its relevant if its the boundary that NR are using when claiming the driveway. But that doesn't negate the couples counter claim to solum sasine rights to 5 miles of track. That's just bizarre.

Sorry lost it now but I read it happened when loading some cars. You were asking about the Interdict, I read one was obtained for BT (EE) for work on a phone mast Nov 2023 but they ended up using a helicopter to install it instead. Perhaps they were concerned it was not legally as good as they wanted it to be, if you rely on an Interdict and it's wrong you are looking at a lot of damages. I suppose it's approval is not a guarantee your case is good. You've done a lot of excellent work, hang in for the Solum rights!

Hi folks - personally I don't see any connection between the logging trains and their driveway dispute. Nor do I see how 'scrap metal' is related to it in the legal sense, I imagine Ian and Liz might be saying NR are trying to dispossess them due to whistleblowing as regards the scrap. A quote from Ian "They are actually trying to dispossess us of our land. I would accept an access agreement, we do want the station to operate." Surely Ian and Liz need to report Network Rail and the BTP to the police if they did break in to their property??? Or did Network serve correct legal notice to them???
