This guys fitness level is really insane. What a great teacher, to have broken the last movement down into so many steps for advancement and him effortlessly doing the last steps one after another is really impressive. I know this is old but I want more people to see it anyway. I have been watching various rebounder videos since I got mine a week or two ago and this was by far the most informative.

@dougroberts3643 i agree, if you dont know if you like it or if its for you, why spend hundreds to maybe not like it. Under 100 has plenty of options to experiment and learn if you love it. Personally, i do, that said, i still want to try a nice one before buying or maybe find a used one for a good price.

Saw several of David's You-Tubes a few days ago and knew I had to try this approach to exercise. I need everything the Cellerciser claims to provide. At 71, with a left knee replacement and low back pain, I need a way to engage low impact exercise that strengthens, firms, and challenges. So I ordered the bi-fold with the bar. It arrived today. After an easy ten-minute set-up, I did an easy ten-minute routine: 2 min each of baby bounce, hip rock, twist, jamba walk, and baby bounce. That first try did five things. 1) It really was fun, just as Dave said. I can see myself doing this twice a day, am and pm and not burn out. 2) These very basic, easy-going exercises left me feeling that I had done something important, even if very doable. 3) I quickly saw that the more athletic moves Dave demonstrates are beyond me today -- for example, there is no way I can do any of the kick-outs now. But I have confidence that my body will adjust to the easing into more exertion with time, and that the needed strength will come. 4) The equipment is solid. It feels serious. The bounce is tight but very smooth. I was concerned about rolling an ankle in these early days/weeks, but the mat supported me, and -- again as Dave said -- however I landed, I bounced straight up. The investment is well worth the solid feel and security. 5) I was wise to buy the bar. My balance is way off, and I spent a lot of time holding the bar. So far, everything I've tried has turned out as Dave explained. I plan to do another ten minutes tonight before going to bed and see if it helps me fall sleep faster and sleep deeper (FitBit). Many people sell rebounders and trampolines. Cellerciser is the best I've seen. But more than the machine -- I had a small trampoline as a young adult, but had no idea how to use it, or what it would do for me, and so soon gave up -- the explanations, the research, the physiology of rebounding, the encouragement that "even the baby bounce reshapes the body," and the demonstration of multiple exercises and the results of those exercises has given me a lot of hope. I was close to false teeth and a heart attack, diabetes and who knows what else in 2014. "Wheat Belly" (William Davis), cutting out sugar and most carbs (ketogenesis), and more recently near-infared light therapy has done wonders. To that I am adding the cellerciser today. My hope and prayer is that I can improve my health further and be ready to conduct the wedding ceremony of my youngest granddaughter who is now 4. At 71, finding ways to remain useful and productive is a real joy. I had my first taste of Cellerciser today, and it was sweet.

A couple of years ago I was ill with a chronic cough that I had been struggling with for a year. Doctors just kept changing multiple meds to no avail. One medication burned my esophagus and I thought I would die. Coughing, vomiting, anxiety - it was a nightmare. I finally prayed and gave up on the doctors and meds and took matters into my own hands. It was definitely a lifestyle change. To top it off I had a NASTY fall and jacked my left knee. So I started to rebound, simply with the healthy bounce. It didn't take long before I was able to breath much easier. In fact, I gave up the inhalers and never needed them. Within weeks, my knee had improved tremendously. I couldn't believe how it went from clicking and jiggling whenever I put weight on it to being strong enough for lunges and squats. Plus I could feel the rest of my body firming up. The healrh benefits are amazing. Whatever brand you choose...JUST BOUNCE!

Thank you for explaining rebounding so simply. Breaking it down so that I can work with it. I have vertigo, meaning my vision cause me to lose my balance. I have a rebounder, but I use it more for walking and running rather than jumping. I need to find a routine that I can follow without losing my balance. I do like to bounce on my rebounder, but within reason. My vertigo started in 1987 forcing me to walk downhill and downstairs backwards. I often feel like I am on a beach walking into the surf with the waves knocking me off my feet. Most people can understand this illustration. I hope you can help me build a routine over the next few weeks. Due to my balance issues I am housebound during the winter months that can last 6 months or more in Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada. Just got my Cellerciser and so excited to start this journey! What would be GREAT is if you would create a video doing/demonstrating the 10 minute workout, completely and in real time. I know it's hard to talk while doing the workout, but what you could do is film it and then add a voice over narration and captions. At each new segment, you would say (or caption) what that segment works on, as well as brief narration instruction on how to do it right (form corrections). These voice overs would probably be best if brief. In the corner you could have a countdown clock, that would count down each segment. Towards the end of the segment (last 10 seconds or so), you could say what the next/coming up segment will be (working on). Caption graphics (like a label that shows what that segment is called/what part of the body it works), rather than narrating everything would work great, in combo with the narration. This way all the narration would be is correct form information, modifiers (for beginner and more advanced), and encouragements. I can't emphasize how awesome it would be if a video like this existed. It would take the guess work out and following along would be SO encouraging too! I think people would be much more likely to get in their workout this way, when they know they don't have to figure it out, count or time it themselves, and doing it this way makes them feel like they're working out with you instead of alone. Perhaps even have others in the video with you, 1 doing beginner style and you and the other person doing advanced modifiers. Sorry if I'm rambling, but this would be so great, and I'm picturing it as I type this!

Lotta videos to sell a product but no retail outlet for personal experience. Too bad for the public. I bought my Needak from a practitioner and bounced first. I tried to sell them at a health expo but could only sell one. I am totally jealous of David Hall. I love to watch this guy and have seen him at the Whole Life Expo in LA. I remember the Cellierciser being a little stiffer than the Needak. Both are well made though. The Bellicon 49 inch has the best bounce but I don't know about the durability. Its a $1000 though. Advise: Whichever you buy spray silicon on the spring contacts. No noise. No breakage.

Got my cellerciser 2 weeks ago & on to the second week of beginner that’s in the info provided, but I have my cellerciser in bedroom & don’t have DVD player in there so thought I’ll find a clip on KZitem well I did this whole program, not as intense as Dave & I found it quite easy, yes I’m sweating & there was burn from the jamba but it has gone feel rejuvenated actually & I haven’t exercised in over 30yrs, I really got this for my lymphatic system as I have raised lumps, so hoping for a good result to get rid of them, I was worried but my doctor doesn’t think they could lead to cancer, but he also said there’s nothing you can do, which being an Indian doctor surprised me, anyway done some research of my own , now juice every day & starting this & will incorporate the infrared treatment later on as well just working on a slow introduction, I have thyroid nodules in my throat to keep an eye as well. I feel really good after doing this today, so had to comment, looking forward to better health & energy❤️ all the way from OZ.

Thank you for your question. With Cellercise it's not so much about the time but rather how the cells are challenged within the amount of time. Cells don't have watches but they do respond to challenges. The greater the challenge the greater the adaptation...within reason. With Cellercise, the Jamba Run is very intense. It can increase metabolism, increase circulation and burn off weight. Repetitions of the Jamba Run have been very effective in weight loss. It's often best to start off with the Jamba Walk first for the knees and thighs to get stronger first then graduate to the Jamba Run. Best in health!

Hi I'm new to this iv not been able to do any form of keep fit for about 5 years due to illness I was a keep fit fanatic before..I can no longer do aerobics on a hard surface as I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my ankles and legs. I have just purchased a size 48 trampoline as I thought it would be better as I am unsteady on my feet but my materiel is like a woven materiel where as yours is like rubber and way more bouncy than mine have I purchased the right trampoline for theses workouts Confused...I have just been on it and managed ten mins of just jumping and jogging I have a safety bar to but yours looks like it as way more give than mine🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Hi David Hall!!!! Thank you so much for such great information. I loved watching your children rebound as well. Two questions are you of any reports on how rebounding can enhance learning for dyslexic children and also when I do the health bounce a lot my calves get really tight. Other than stretching traditionally is there a way to use the Cellerciser to help elongate and stretch the muscles or counteract the tightness from the health bounce. Thank you so very much and I enjoy your videos. :-)

You comment that the "twist" is the second most important physical activity. What is first?

Dan Wilcox the most important is the baby or health bounce. It’s the wake up call for the rest of the body.

Great video, thank you for posting! I have a question - I need to be able to do 100 push-ups for my martial arts grading. Can you advise of a cellercise movement for the upper body that could help me do this. Thank you in advance.

David, on your website you have two DVD's and the description of each is very similar. To get the full routine as illustrated so nicely in this KZitem video, would you suggest "Cellercise: The Ultimate Exercise"?

77 - just got my first rebounder. Could someone please tell me if the feet should be flat on the rebounder or should the weight be on the front of your feet or back? I don’t seem able to work it out by watching the video. Thank you! Thank you for this video. It is just what I need to get going and am looking forward to starting. Just did a bounce only today!!

10 years ago I had my entire Right Lung removed, In my right side I feel a fullness that does not go away except when I lay down. I ordered a Cellercise and I love it, I am still getting this feeling, I bought a chest brace of thick elastic and Velcro which makes the feeling go away. With the compression brace on my chest will it cause me NOT to get the results if I didn't wear it at the time I exercise? Thanks you so much. Jeanene E. 7/19/20

I recently bought a cellerciser but have a problem getting on the trampoline . It is to high for me to lift my leg . I have lymphadema so my legs are Hugh . I weigh 383 . So I need a step up to get on the trampoline .

Have you tried sitting on it to bounce until you can step up on it?
