2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

3 sprigs of Thyme
2 Garlic
1 tsp Scotch bonnet
1 Spring onion
3 tbsp Sweet pepper
1 Carrot
1 cup Broccolini
1/2 cup Beansprouts
3 cups Day old Rice
Salt to taste
