If you want to make a chocolate pastry cream, you can reduce 2 spoons of flour from the recipe and add 2 spoons of cocoa.
Materials:
750 ml milk
1 glass of sugar
Half a glass of flour
Wheat starch / Corn starch missing one finger from half a glass of water
1 egg
60 g butter
1 packet of vanilla
All ingredients, except butter and vanilla, are cooked by stirring continuously over medium heat in a pot. When it boils and thickens, the bottom is closed. Butter and vanilla are added to it. It mixes well. It is used after cooling.
