In this episode of the 2.55 Project, I take you back to North Yorkshire to do a full week of marathon training in the Yorkshire dales on road, trail and across some of the most beautiful scenery you'll see in the UK! I ran 60kms across the week with a variety of running, all of which I thoroughly enjoy, whilst reconnecting with the place in which I grew up.
in 5 weeks time I run the Noosa Marathon and I want to run faster than I have ever run before! 2.55 is very ambitious of course, but you've got to believe and I'm manifesting the result and working towards it!
I'm not sharing my process as a best practice or template to follow, I'm simply sharing it to open conversations about how to become a better athlete, whilst hopefully inspiring some folk to take on their next big run, whether that be 5k or 50k!
