My current split is as follows;
SUNDAY: LOWER POSTERIOR CHAIN + SPRINTS
MONDAY: UPPER PUSH PULL + INTERVALS
TUESDAY: CHOICE OF CARDIO
WEDNESDAY: REST/RECOVERY
THURSDAY: LOWER BODY SQUAT LUNGE
FRIDAY: FULL BODY (LIGHT WORK, PLYOS)
SATURDAY: REST/RECOVERY
I change my focus every few weeks/ every few months, etc.. It really depends whats going on in my life and what I want to get better at.
