Here's a list of the workouts i did in the video. Please note not all weeks are similar, I specifically didnt train Chest and arms in this week.
Day 1 (monday)- Quads and Hamstrings: 10-12*4
1- Leg press
2- Leg extensions
3- Dumbbell from squat
4- Deadlift
5- Goodmorning
6- Hamstring curls
Day 2 (tuesday) - Back & shoulders: 10-12*4
1- Assisted pull ups
2- Signle arm lat pull down
3- Pull down
4- Barbell shoulder press
5- Lateral raises
6- Shoulder press machine
Day 3 (wednesday)- Glutes: 10-12*4
1- Hipthrust
2- Step ups
3- Bulgarian split squat
4- Cable kickbacks
5- Hip abduction
Day 4 ( thursday) - Cardio & core:
1- spinning class 30-45 minutes
2- Cardio circuit 20*4
day 5 (saturday)- Leg day:
1- Hipthrust
2- Bulgarian split squat
3- Dumbbell sumo squat
4- Elevated lunges
