This is so helpful to watch! You should do a video on how you hit your macros and manage nutrition in college. I feel like its hard when all of the sudden you don't have home-cooked meals and always have to eat out.

Tbh if u want maximum glute gainz u HAVE to do the exact same routine atleast 2 times a week to progress on those specific exercises, yk progressive overload - love ur vids btw!!

I really love your videos and your videos help me to know better about exercise and health. I've been on a fat loss process. I consistently working out for 6x a week. I usually exercise cardio calisthenics and weekends HIIT workout, I workout at home so I don't go to the gym. But, I can't see the results, I think I'm not on a calorie deficit. I ate lots of protein but still can't see the result. Can you give me tips or help me to see results? Love you and your videos Amelie ❤
