In this feel-good, customizable vinyasa class you’ll begin lying down with a centering practice and supine stretches. Then you’ll move into a standing flow that includes goddess pose, camel, skandasana (side lunges), and more. You’ll also do a fun balance pose series and common seated poses.
Finally, once the active work is over, you’ll unwind with supine leg stretches, savasana, and a short gratitude practice.
