Good vid man, perfect intro to tune up basics on a small engine. This will make a good future how to video for the young aspiring kids who are lucky enough to have these kinds of bikes. I also liked your tried and true tip about shutting off the fuel valve and letting the gas run out of the float bowl to prevent future corrosion in the carb especially with ethanol based fuel.

It's funny so see how similar small engine work. As a hobby I repair lawnmower and sell them, preferably Honda's. And this just looks so similar! Fun fact, as an owner of a 125cc bike, it's weird knowing that the lawnmower that I usually work on have more cc's 😂 Liked the video a lot, thanks! Btw, if you are going to work on more types of engines, i'd really recommend getting a ultrasonic cleaner, best purchase I have made this year.

That's awesome Kyle. If you're looking for ones like I have on mine they're just BMX bike handlebars, and Honda bar clamps from an old dirtbike (XR70 or something I think).

Hey dude! I've been subscribed to you for a while now, but I just noticed today I'm not seeing your videos unless I actively go look at your channel? Is this a KZitem algorithm issue? Im only subscribed to a small number of channels (like 20), but haven't seen much from you lately!

Great video! I have a '93 in great condition that exactly as you said, my Dad purchased for me when I was 8, that I'm looking to sell. Where would you suggest I list it? I called a local dealer (actually, the place it was purchased nearly 30 years ago) and they said they'd buy it but I'd do better online. Thanks for your time!
@JasonExplainsThings

Great question... it all depends on where you live. I'm seeing them go for $2500 or more in the PNW. Rougher ones are still listed for $1000-1500. I'd list it on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. I recently sold a CT90 that I didn't have time to restore. I listed it on CL and shared it on several Facebook groups. I immediately had 4 people trying to buy it. But honestly, if you keep it it'll just keep going up in value.

Mechanically, yeah likely the same. Start with a carburetor rebuild most likely, then valve adjustment, oil change, and check the spark plug! Good luck. These Honda bikes can last forever.
