I think it's cute how they bicker about December because that's when the mission went, at the original lyrics about the month of May, and when what's they have the song debate and the singer is now enjoyed skipping, the other replies, "I ain"t skipping boy"you could hear are a very fast quiet "fuck you" before they carry on. The last two guys on the moon bickering like an old married couple. There's a couple videos of Alan Bean discussing the mission and the myth of the Tracy Rock's name, seen in one of the shots early on. If you haven't seen messes video about the moon vehicle and the astronauts speaking to the vehicle team when they got back and that I really recommend watching that but on mobile so I can link it sorry. There's a recent NASA video about the Rocks collected by this mission and Island bead is explaining to one of the Artemis astronaut candidates about his findings and the differences she could expect on Mars oh, it's great they're putting people back in space finally it's been far too long live been fiddling around with spacelab in the ISS instead of getting on with exploring! Also I just wish all of the conspirators words would invite Buzz Aldrin to their next ConspiraCon so he can punch the hell out of them like he did with that guy a couple years ago. Buzz is crazy the good way XD

Some fun facts for you guys: I think all of this footage is from Apollo 16 with John Young and Charles Duke. At the time, John was 41 years old and Charles was 36. The two spent 71 hours on the surface of the moon, and actually were traversing the land for 20 hours. During that time, they drove their rover for about 17 miles and collected a little over 200 pounds of moon rocks. Sounds like a fun weekend vacation if you ask me.

The fact that humans, who are mere animals like any other on earth, evolved to the point of being able to put people on a rock floating in the middle of a vast unknown darkness, is absolutely insane. We’re literally able to venture outside of our own planet, travel for thousands of miles in the abyss of space, land on a totally different structure that isn’t even habitable, and comeback alive and well.

The people who say the moon landing was fake all have one thing in common. None of those people have ever been so much as *hungry.* It's the sort of atrophying of the human soul that happens to people who have never had any concept of hardship in their entire lives.

just watching this stuff is so inspiring. I really hope the artemis program gets up and running soon. So we can get some people back on the moon. Also, while I'm here, here are some things I noticed that help disprove the landings were fake: The dust the astronauts kick up doesnt stay in the air. It falls right back down. This would only happen in an airless environment. and while im talking about airless environments, notice how dark all the shadows are. You can't see anything thats in shadow. This is because there's no air scattering the light. Moon shadows are nearly perfectly dark. People like to claim its in slow motion, and thats how they made it look like low gravity, but there are some movements the astronauts do that can only be done in lower gravity. Notice how they didn't have to bend down to pick up rocks with their shovels. They just bent their knees. Because they're lighter on the moon, they can be supported easier. This is also seen when the astronauts trip. They're able to bounce back up very easily, and can clearly keep their balance for longer than they could in regular gravity. So, the dust doesnt fall, shadows are darker than normal, and the astronauts have strange movements. It's almost like they're in an airless, low gravity environment...

I love this video so much. There is no greater example of people are always people. They're fighter pilot engineers, some of the first few humans on another heavenly body, in a place that will kill them if they even slightly mess up, and their human tunes, laughing while skipping, making fun of each other for being messy and pointing out cool rock before showing them off on camera. It's cute to see no matter how far we go we're all human.

And that was a great movie (documentary) -- one produced by Al Reinert with the cooperation of NASA and using films they had in cold storage at the time. I saw it in a movie theater in 1989. There wasn't much film footage available to the public back then. (Just those old 30 minute official NASA school films of each Apollo mission -- with the grainy footage.) ....So, practically all through the Nineties this was the best Apollo Moon documentary out there -- and available on video cassette -- for those fascinated with that era in our space program. (I was too young at the times of the actual missions to appreciate them.)
