This 30 minute full body vinyasa flow will include a little bit of everything: many balancing poses, exercises for strong abs and deep core muscles, arm balances, backbends, leg strength and hip stretches. It will feel amazing and we will have lots of fun because we will incorporate a yoga block into all of these movements and transitions. This little addition to our yoga practice will make every pose a little harder and it will put our balance and focus to test.
This unique and fun yoga practice is geared towards more experienced practitioners but you can always modify a few movements to match your level of energy and needs. And even if you do not have a block at home you can still benefit from this practice (yoga block can also be replaced with a book for some poses). Remember to do your own general warmup before you begin with this sequence. Do your best, stay patient and grateful for all the change you are creating.
