Ingredients
Chicken marination
-Boneless chicken cubes 600 gms
-Pinch of salt
-Pinch of black pepper
-Red chilli powder 1 tsp (if you want it spicy)
-Egg 1
-Corn flour
4 tbsp (coating)
1 tbsp (thickening of gravy)
Fusion hot sauce
-Soy sauce 1/2 cup
-Vinegar 2 tbsp
-Chilli Garlic 1/4 cup
-Bbq sauce 3 tbsp
-Crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
-Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
-Salt 1 tsp
-Black pepper 1/2 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 1/2 tsp
-Sugar 2 tsp
-water 1 cup or as required (for sauce)
-1 tbsp sesame seeds
Vegetables
-Garlic 6 cloves chopped
-capsicum 1 big
-Onion 1 (outer layer - cut in squares)
-Green onion for garnish
-Sesame seeds for presentation
-Oil 1 cup (frying)
Method:
-Cut chicken into cubes and add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, egg and cornflour. Mix well and shallow fry.
-Remove excess oil from the pan, add chopped garlic, saute, add vegetables, stir for a bit then add fried chicken. Now pour homemade sauce and thoroughly mix until well coated on the chicken.
Serve it as it is or if you want a little gravy add some water and then cornflour mixture and adjust the thickeness according to your liking.
Garnish with some chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
