Редко дома делаем бургеры, но придется из-за соуса😉 Понравилась идея с рубленым мясом, а не фаршем.

I think the Quality of that meat is too high for all that seasoning; all that burger needs is extra Fat, and a binder. Take that meat, mix it with cream cheese, salt, pepper, and egg yokes; then cook it as is. The toppings don't Look bad, but the burger itself does not need a whole lot, that's good steak, it just needs fat, and a binder. I liked the Video, and without trying that burger it looks good, just a suggestion, either way your burger looks good.

Thanks a lot for your recommendation 🙌🏻, I appreciate it, moreover you sound reasonable.If I have seen a video like mine, but posted by somebody else, I would probably leave a similar comment. From the beginning I had an idea to make that sort of experiment with Korean flavours. And in a local store I have found such decent meat within my budget, usually that kind of steaks are considerably more expensive. So I didn't hesitate too long. When we tried the burger it was kind of an explosion in the mouth, but still the meat was a dominant player, and really juicy too. I believe, all those seasonings created a touch of umami as well😺
