The main part of this recipe is to prepare a perfect Dough for making poori. The preparation of the dough is almost the same as Chapati or paratha, but for poori, we have to keep the dough little tight as compare to chapatti. Tight Dough will help to make puffy poori.
We have used Gram Flour and Rava also to make the poori Crispy and having good color.
