Add some salt and soak them in water for half an hour to make them spit out all the sand
Drain off the dirty water, rinse the clams several times, set aside

Chop ginger, dried shallots, garlic, lemongrass and chili padi
Have two tablespoons of curry powder ready

把浸啦啦的髒水倒掉,多沖洗幾次,備用
準備調味的材料
用暖水把蝦米浸軟,然後把它切碎
切碎薑,乾蔥頭,蒜頭,香茅和指天椒
準備好兩湯匙咖哩粉
調汁
蠔油,生抽,老抽,糖,各一湯匙
加適量的鹽,撈勻備用
煮的步驟
熱五湯匙油,轉到中火
把蝦米放下去爆香
蝦米開始有泡泡便放薑和乾蔥頭下去
多炒兩分鐘,聞到香味,就開火焗啦啦,因為焗啦啦需要3到4分鐘
接著便放蒜蓉和香茅下去繼續炒
落咖哩粉和咖哩葉,加三湯匙水把香味炒出來
把調好的汁加進去
啦啦已經全部開後把它放到鍋裡兜勻
